Prepping a block properly will ensure longer engine life and better performance. Our kit restores original finish to the block and removes casting imperfections. Each abrasive has been tested for its particular application and is used by many of the top professional engine builders

Kit Contains

• 4 2" General Purpose, Quick Change, Surface Conditioning Discs, Medium Remove head, intake, water pump, thermostat, value cover, and oil pan gaskets and their residue on cast iron parts. Can be used for general cleanup.
• 4 2" General Purpose, Quick Change, Surface Conditioning Discs, Very Fine Remove gaskets and their residue on aluminum parts. General cleanup and rust removal. Also used for light deburring.
• 3 2" Quick Change, Sanding Discs, Aluminum Oxide, 100 Grit Remove and blend casting imperfections, blemishes and metal deposits.
• 3 2" Quick Change, Sanding Discs, Aluminum Oxide, 150 Grit Blend casting imperfections, blemishes and metal deposits.
• 2 1" x 1" x 1/4-20 Flap Wheels, 120 Grit Removal of metal over greater surface area.
• 3 1" Cross Buffs,  2-Ply, HP, Medium Hone and clean lifter bores.
• 1 Handy Roll, 2" x 1 Yard, 320 Grit Lightly deburr engine parts and hard to reach areas
• 6 Cartridge Rolls, Full Tapered, 5/8" Diameter, 40 Grit Remove large deposits of metal in casting lines and other engine imperfections.
• 6 Cartidge Rolls, Half Tapered, 5/8" Diameter, 40 Grit 80 Grit Blending and finishing over where Cartridge Roll has been used.
• 10 Total Cartridge Rolls, Straight, 3/4" Diameter, (5) 40 Grit & (5) 80 Grit Deburr large areas of of the block.
• 1 2" Holder Pad for Quick Change Discs Use with Surface Conditioning & Grinding Discs.
• 1 1/4" Diameter Mandrel Use with Holder Pad.
• 1 Combination 4" x 1/4" Mandrel Use with Cross Buffs or Flap Wheels
• 3 Set Screws Use with Combination Mandrel
• 1 1/4" Diameter Mandrel, 2-3/4" O.A.L. Use with Cartridge Rolls.
